Christopher Phillips has not solved our problems and doesn’t appear to care to, Our “substitute” mail carriers seem to not care if they deliver any of their packages to correct addresses. They do not read the names of the recipient or the address that appear on the packages. We have had misdelivered packages consistantly. These ‘substitutes continue to deliver packages/mail intended for ‘E Allison Way’ to ‘E ADDY WAY’ These are two different gated communities, We have filled a complaint but Mr. Phillips does not seem to care to correct this problem. I would like to know that items that I pay for and are address to my home not to not be delivered to another neighborhood. These carriers need to learn to read and do their job efficiently as they are getting paid to do…
