We received forwarded mail for a week or so during the later part of May but we have not been receiving our mail for the John Fritchey family forwarded from 20940 5th Ave W, Cudjoe Key Fl 33042 to 651 Valleyview Drive, Boiling Springs, PA 17007 for the last week or two.
I tracked a packed that was delivered to 20940 5th Ave W, Cudjoe Key Fl 33042 and it was not forwarded.
My Boiling Springs Post Office checked and found some postal employee cancelled my forwarding by mistake. The post mistress had me complete a new change of address form and a mail hold form today 6/12 until you could get everything straightened out. In the meantime, mail is being delivered to my mail box in Cudjoe Key which had a note in it reminding the mail carrier that mail was to be forwarded and not to deliver to the mailbox but she ignored the note.
Once the new mail forwarding form is processed would you please have the mail carrier pick up all the mail and packages and forward them per the forwarding form.
