Mail is being delivered too late in the day at the Gateway Apartments, 115 Manley Rd., West Chester, PA. Some days it isn’t delivered at all. If you call the PO no one picks up the phone to answer any questions. If a person is not able to go to the post office, it is necessary to speak to someone. Unfortunately, the service we were used to for many years is no longer available.
Service out of this USPS location is dreadful. Deliveries are delayed significantly ( 5 days or more after informed delivery notice received). Insufficient staff for daily deliveries and counter staff often unavailable due to staff shortages. Only way to contact is via filing a complaint on line or via national customer service phone center. Complaint filed one day, “resolved” next day but yet missing mail still not delivered.
