The Nashua Post Office, 38 Spring St, NH rating
I am Michael Cullen the president of the Holden Farm Condominium in Nashua NH. We have two mail delivery stations one on Sugar Hill Drive and one on Stockton Drive. In addition to the owner mail boxes there are 4 larger package boxes at each location. When a package is delivered it is put in one of the four larger boxes, the door is closed and locked and the key is put in the owner’s mail box.
This week there was a problem at the Stockton Drive boxes. Many packages were put in each large box and the key remained on the outside of of the large boxes. An owner noticed that all the keys were still in place and looked inside and found many packages. He personally delivered the packages to each owner.
The letter carrier obviously did not know the procedure. I believe the mail station on Sugar Hill has a different letter carrier and there was no problem at that station.
Can you confirm that the letter carrier for the Stockton mail drop off is made aware of the procedure. My guess was there may have been a substitute carrier.
