The mailbox at 9323 S Cottage Grove is not operating. No mail is being delivered. The tenants were told in order to have the box replaced management needed to be on site. that is not a problem as long as we are notified as to when someone will be there. I am a Board member and could be available. If you need our management company to be involved we can do that too. No one answers the phone when I call. What else can we do. My number is 312-330-2069 .
I reside at 7841 S . Indiana Ave. 60619.Today is Sunday, June 29th and the time is 7:10pm. My packages left the office at 8:00am this morning and still has not arrived. I have no idea who is delivery my mail. Whoever that person is he never step onto my front porch. He throws package and sometimes I have to go my steps to retrieve my packages. It’s clear that this person doesn’t want to this job. Someone should easy their pain and say your services are no longer needed,
