Following up on a package that was scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday, 6/25. Based on text message received carrier stated package was left in the mailbox, which it was not. I have filed a complaint with the post office, merchant and credit card company regarding the matter. Please provide status of the package. I went to my mailbox moments after receiving the text message and only had mail inside the box, not the package. I have tried call Ampthill PO several times this morning after following up on a call from the Pocoshock PO who is not sure why the line may be transferred to them.
