This place is a joke. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. If you do get someone, and want to speak to Anthony Willis, the supervisor, he is “busy”. Good luck getting him to return your calls.
This has been a problem for years from what I am finding out and it most likely will never change because if you call the 800 number for USPS, you will NEVER get a live person, so there is no way to report this.
