The service we have received recently had been atrocious. We have been out of town twice since the end of October this year. Both times we have put in stop notices. Seems some of your carriers don’t know what those are for. We have continued to have mail delivered while we are gone. When we have checks, medicare info, bills all left for days in our mailbox leads me to question your hirees or training. Is it only the untrained subs who deliver to my address?
I am at 443 W. Scotland Dr here in Irving. I would appreciate a response to this issue.
