I hate that the lobby hours are constantly changing in such drastic ways. The lobby closes at 11:00 am on Saturdays and is closed on Sundays. What the f+%:;? I understand the homeless hang out in there but if they aren’t destroying the place and it seems they are not and they just need to get warm and stay dry let them. Not everyone is homeless by choice! And there aren’t too many options for them. I drive thrifty minutes one way to check my mail and it’s always closed. I used to be able to walk on there 24 hours a day. That’s why I got a po box. This is truly getting ridiculous. And also you have a lady behind the counter who is always extremely rude to most people under sixty. So rude that she’s made me cry twice. I hate the downtown po
