Due to resurfacing of parking lot by post boxes in Crestwind, Lakewood Ranch, mail has not been delivered nor collected in a week. No notice was placed on or around mail boxes about no delivery nor collection. When PO personnel were confronted at LR PO, the “excuse” was since the parking lot was closed, carriers could not access the boxes. Wrong! Sidewalks were open and was only a 30 yard walk to boxes from the road. Phones at LR PO were not answered numerous times. PO personnel would not give me the Postmaster’s email to address this poor service. Inexcusable!
It would be nice to get someone to answer the damn phone!!
