Absolutely the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called for 3 hours, finally someone answered the phone. Told me all 5 of my packages were there to be picked up. When we went to pickup the packages, there were only 3. I guess she was too lazy to go back and check to see how many she had, so she lied. Terrible customer service. I’ve been trying to call all afternoon and guess what, no one is answering.
