The Poughkeepsie Post Office, 55 Mansion St, NY rating
This is the worst post office ive ever had to deal with. They only have 2 employees working and 1 services customers. The lines are always to the entrance door. They never answer the phones. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The older gentlemen is very rude and unfriendly. The mailman for Academy/Nixon Street area has a sloppy and unkept appearance. He is very lazy. I was furious as I received a pink slip for certified mail, the writing on it was illegible, sloppy, and had the wrong address on it so when I went to go pick up the certified mail wasn’t there and they couldn’t find it. Unacceptable. I had to do some digging and reach out to my landlord to find out what the certified mail was. And I still have never received it.
