I have been trying for three business days to get someone on the phone about business reply mail on hold and the phone rings until it automatically disconnects. The annual fee of $240.00 was paid on 10/14/2020 and at that time I was told we would receive the mail on hold the next day and we are still waiting on the mail that contains important papers. Please have that mail delivered ASAP or have someone call me at 304-296-8282. My name is Diane and I work at West Virginia Junior College.
