today is the second time another party’s mail has been left in my mail box. the first time i could not reach cleveland post office (3911 cleveland ave., s.d., ca 92103) by phone because no one answered it. same thing today (a holiday). i have lived at 4250 4th ave. #116 for about 5 years and have never had other’s mail put in my mail box; therefore, i assume there is a new post person delivering mail from time to time and must be either better trained or dismissed. possibly the mail in my mail box was not delivered today because today is probably the first time i opened my mail box since last thursday or friday.
i would appreciate a response to my complaint.
