I have tried calling many times, 7 rings then a busy signal. A package was shoved into the mailbox and I can’t get it out.
I went to the store and driving home I saw my mailbox was open when it was pouring rain. The book is still in the box as I was unable to get it out yesterday and nobody answers the phone. Please have the carrier remedy this situation. Don’t know why it wasn’t placed in the large area provided beneath the mailbox.
