Your office has been great but my newest mail carrier, a man, could use a gentle reminder. Its Wednesday 4/13/22 and I watched him pull up. When I went out to my box my mail was again fold in half sticking out of my box. The icing on the cake was what was on the ground and it was my new checks from B of A. I unfolded what was stuffed in the box opening, put the checks on top of it all and dropped it into the mail box. It easily fell all the way in. I live on a high pedestrian used street in the Lantern district and trying to get it all the way into the mail box should be a given regardless of the Pedestrian traffic. Truck # 7201582
