I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out on behalf of the residents at 455 Ocean Avenue. Our building features a parcel pending delivery box, mailboxes, and lock boxes for USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL deliveries. However, it has come to our attention that these facilities are sometimes not utilized properly.
We understand that your work can be challenging, especially with the increasing demand for online orders in 2024. With that in mind, we kindly request that you make use of the available tools to ensure that all packages are delivered safely and securely to the residents of 455 Ocean Avenue.
