    For the second time in as many weeks a parcel I was expecting and was tracking didn’t arrive. The tracking indicated that it had been delivered and left in the mailbox. I never got the package!! The PO response was “the carrier remembers delivering it”! The first time this happened the company replaced the item, this time when I notified the seller of the item that I hadn’t received the package the company I was dealing with called the Wheaton Post Office and talked to Tamika, who was very rude and impolite and tried to convince him that he had the wrong tracking number and address!! I confirmed that the company that sold me the item had the RIGHT tracking number and the CORRECT ADDRESS!! Tamika argued with them that they were wrong and threatened to hang up on them!!! I have filed a formal complaint with the Postal Inspector’s office as this is beyond ridiculous!! I have been unable to reach anyone by phone at the Wheaton PO which I have avoided going to for more than 20 years due to rude workers, workers who act like they are doing you a favor to wait on you, mis-delivered mail and many other problems. I have had to interact with them with various problems for many years as a resident and a business owner and find the service and many of the staff to be very un-helpful!
