Tried calling and Verizon saying number is not valid. Problem is 4 cards sent to New Hampshire on the Monday before Christmas. Never got there as of today 1/10 . Spoke with mailman and he said they probably got caught up with the airline fiasco. Is all the mail accounted for that went on those planes that were cancelled?

Also tried calling, no answer. They lost an entire weeks worth of mail forwarded to me in a priority box by my NY post office to Florida. I received an empty box with a sticker saying sorry, box was damaged and we had to repackage it. Sticker was signed by WPB post office. I put in a claim but customer service only texted them and said when they don’t answer after 3 texts she will call. It is now days later and if my mail was sitting on a desk or table there it is probably gone. Mail may have contained charge bills, bank statements, tax filing forms, etc. Post Office couldn’t care less.

You need to fix the problem with the self service postage machine in the front room. The labels do not stick and not one inside the lobby would give me tape to secure them. Terrible customer service, get the get in line comment, then we don’t have any, buy a roll. No I have it at home. The postage for three labels was nearly $10!!!!!
