The service at West Nyack Post Office on West Nyack Road is unbelievable… How they get away with it is unreal… The lobby is dirty … The inside staff are lazy, gruff, and rude… they have music filled with obscenities blasting through out the place … one of the staff members was out of uniform wearing a “ Black Lives Matters” hoodie… I’m sorry but when your in a government position no matter what your stand is leave it at home… And the post master is an arrogant piece of work… I have been dealing with this place for over 40 odd years … always pleasant… But within the last two years it’s nothing but garbage working there … No matter how many times you complain , nothing changes… It’s not just me , other people have even posted reviews about the place and still nothing happens … I go to Bardonia, Nyack , and Valley Cottage ( my personal favorite… love Crazy Mary) the service is great… I wish someone would clean house at West Nyack … it needs it …
