My name is Ernesto Gonzalez.
My address is 1017 Lorraine avenue Waukegan Illinois.
My concern is the same of my mail’s had been lost.
My instructor send me two letters with my license in it, three weeks ago. but I haven’t received those letters, and he told me to check with the post office.
I have live here for 10 years but two years ago I changed my address to my daughter address 125 n James Street because I was out of town.
Now i’m back three or four weeks ago I had changed my address back to 1017 Loraine avenue Waukegan Illinois so please send my mail to this address
