I am upset with t card he USPS. My granddaughter and her family moved to Texas. I had an address for them listed in Hallsville, TX. I sent her a birthday card long before her birthday on June 16th. Then the card came back on June 22 and I was to mail it to Longsview TX with the same zip. I remailed the card back in a brown envelope from Beech Street, Visalia 93277. She still has not received this card. I was not aware that I had to use a tracking system for cards I sent. What happened to my mail? I have contacted Longview , TX USPS at 75605. I was told this is the correct zip. They said I needed a tracking number. Since when do I need to put tracking numbers on my mail? I am really upset about this. Please help me find out if it is sitting in Visalia Post Office or was it stolen or something. Sincerely, Marion
