    Dear Postmaster,

Thank you for your response to my inquiry regarding my mail delivery service.

I appreciate you communicating with the carrier and clarifying the postal policy. However, I must respectfully correct the assertion that a black car is blocking the mailbox. I make a conscious effort to park my vehicle far away in the opposite direction from the mailbox, providing the letter carrier with 30+ feet of clear and unobstructed space to approach, deliver mail, and depart without having to exit their vehicle. My parking position is in full compliance with, and even exceeds, the 30-foot distance you mentioned in your email.

The continued notices and the claim of a vehicle blocking the mailbox are inaccurate and, given my sustained efforts to accommodate the demands, are beginning to feel like harassment. The inconsistency in the notices is also highly confusing; one notice required a 30-foot approach, while the most recent notice demands 15 feet approaching and 15 feet leaving the mailbox—> These conflicting instructions make it impossible to consistently comply.

I have documented my vehicle’s position with date-stamped images on multiple occasions and can provide these as evidence to support my claim, should this matter continue.

I request a definitive resolution to this issue and a cessation of any further notices. I expect mail delivery to proceed without this ongoing conflict, as I have taken all reasonable steps to ensure clear access to the mailbox.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
