I received a package today…..AN EMPTY BOX ! I hope I am reporting this to the right department. I was expecting a book. But the only thing delivered was an empty box. The top of the package had been ripped open, which leads me to believe that the mail carrier delivered the empty box, with no note of explanation. If it had been stolen by a person, they would have taken the whole box. They would not have ripped open the box on my porch and taken the item out. Please tell me how this problem is solved ! Thank you.
