I have called this Post Office several times, and NO-ONE answers. I let it ring numerous times, and then a busy signal comes on.
Something about this address isn’t right. It sent me what looked like something similar to a W-2 asking me to fill in my information. Top left corner it reads “T2” at the top middle, it reads “2022
Benefit Information for NC Residents” and the top right it reads ‘2022″ and ask me to fill out and return by June 3rd 2022. It seems to an NC state issued document so why is it coming from FL., from a place that never answers the phone and to send this back to FL. Kind of don’t make sense,
No one EVER answers the phone! This time, I missed a call from them and tried to return 1 Min later and no answer. During business hrs AND 3 hrs before closing.
Tried to call. I sent a priority mail package to a store in Sawgrass Mills. (Theory for Women) 12801 W Sunrise Blvd. Ste 2630. Sunrise FL 33323
Tracking shows it is being held at your office for pickup. The store advises that they do not receive USPS mail. However, there is nothing on their receipt to show this and the Memphis, TN USPS accepted the package for delivery. The store is only a mile away from you. Is there any way to have the package delivered. I just wish the store would pick up the package or you would deliver it. Please help.
This past Tuesday, a large package was SHOVED into my mailbox. Getting it out was a feat! The bag broke and the contents began spilling out.
In the past, large packages were always left at my front door.
This was sheer laziness on the part of the mail carrier to ram the package into my mailbox with no concern for what was in the package.
I repeatedly call the Sunrise P.O. to no avail.
The top of my mailbox is now split and I have to spend money for a new mailbox.
Very disappointed in the USPS!!
