I want to file a complaint about my mail delivery person. today and for several weeks this carrier does not close my mailbox door. I have checked the door and it will snap shut when pressed. I am not the only mailbox this woman does not close the door. My mailbox number 2407 Pointer Place, Greenville,NC27834. My mail has gotten wet several times due to rain water. I would like her supervisor mention this to her. She delivered today.
