I called today about a delivery problem and held for 10 minutes with no reply. Afterward I called all afternoon (18 times) and could get no reply. Very disappointed in the customer service.
I live on Poe Road and have not gotten my mail for several days. I tried to call to discuss, but nobody answered the phone.
I called several times on 8/15/24 and stayed on the ring line until it went to a busy signal. Does anyone there answer the phone and if so, during what hours?
