The shorter lady with short brown hair is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL – Actually both of the ladies at the front desk are. The moment I asked her for my mail she started snapping at me. When she could not locate my package, I tried explaining my situation to her. Instead, she became very defensive and would not let me speak and repeatedly told me I was wrong while shaking her head, rolling her eyes, giving off very rude facial expressions, and even laughing at me. There were others behind me who made the comment she was rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! I DO NOT LIKE DEALING WITH HER AND I WISH SHE WOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE POST OFFICE ALTOGETHER!
Poor customer service. They have lost mail, returned mail to sender without explanation, and marked mail as ‘delivered’ when it was NOT (verified by camera and homeowner home at time)…. When cases are filed they dismiss them right away and do not attempt to even locate packages or investigate why a carrier would scan a package as delivered but not actually deliver it. Keli Mitchell was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Disappointed that the postal service has gone so downhill and is no longer reliable.
