    This PO (20745) is the absolute worse with customer service and just plain old courtesy. The ineptness and unprofessionalism is truly unbelievable. It’s like how is this even happening with these people. I got my mail transferred in May 2023 form CA (90746 – great service) to 20745. I have yet to receive mail with yellow stickers indicating my mail was transferred. I’ve visited this Post Office AT LEAST 10 times looking for my mail. I spoke with the manager twice who appeared disheveled and was no help at all. My package from CA (90012) was mailed on Oct 25th and delivered to this PO – 20745 – on 6316 Oxon Hill Rd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745. I was sent this update message from the PO – We could not access the delivery location to deliver your package at 2:58 pm on October 28, 2023 in OXON HILL, MD 20745. We will redeliver on the next delivery day. No action needed. I got mail on this day so I don’t know what this message is indicating. On a couple of my visits attempting to track this package I was told by one of the representatives that my package was on the truck and would be delivered that day…. it was not. Several times I’ve been given information concerning my mail that was an outright lie. It’s almost like it’s a game to them. I have NEVER had a problem with mail delivery. My PO in CA (90746 Carson) was always professional and offered great service. They have been involved in trying to track my mail. I just moved to my new home and the thought of dealing with these totally inept and unprofessional people gives me heart palpitations. Please, I beg you, send the Postmaster in to investigate.
