I just had the most amazing experience here. We came to get our passports processed and the employee Germaine made our day. She was helpful, kind, warm, and incredibly informative. She took her time with us to make sure we were set up for success and answered all our questions and helped us correct small mistakes we made on our forms. We also had a positive experience with Tony at the front desk. Usually I do not look forward to going to the post office, but this is a very special post office! Amazing customer service and very well staffed so there s no long waits. Thank you Germaine and USPS for a wonderful experience.
The New Bern USPS on Glenbernie Rd is a pathetic excuse for a business. It is a good thing they are funded by the government, they would not survive on their own income. The employees are very unprofessional, the service is terrible and my mail doesn’t get here until m. No wonder USPS isn’t far from going out of business. They act as if they are volunteer workers. So sad.
