I ordered a roll of stamps with the big orange envelope the post man left I put a check of 55.00 in there on 2-28-22. I haven’t received them yet. I called the post office and the lady that answered the phone said she was the postmaster and for me to cancel the check. She said she questioned the other carriers and and the one that delivers our mail and they didn’t see any envelope.
I live in the Roanoke subdivision.For some reason the postman does not seem to know how to shut the door back on the mailbox this has happen 4 times out of the last 6 mail delivery days.Thier is nothing wrong with the door.The mail deliver is just not shutting it back.My sons imcome tax check was in the box one of those days.It could have got stolen or wet.I have lived here for over 30 years and this is the frist time I have complain.Please try to fix this.
