clerk was rude, (supervisor) told me she couldn’t refund my money, I sent a mail out on nov, 10 and its been over a month and the mail was not deliver, she was not helpful and didn’t care about my situation. I made a complaint and finally got a call back, and they told me I’m entitle to get my money back, this letter has been going back and forth to different post office, I will be going to the post office again to see if my letter was return and request my money back
