I have tried calling the Lake Forest Post Office 14 times this morning during their listed open hours. each time the phone rings ten times and then abruptly gives me a fast busy signal. why do they even offer a phone number if they don’t want to be bothered by their customers. this customer service is the worst. while we realize it will be a total waste
of our time, we will file a formal complaint with the main post office. our company is done with this insulting bs. we will ship all of our package with UPS from now forward. is there any wonder the post office throughout the country is losing billions of dollars!
