I’m the sister of Geraldine Perkins who lives at 1416 Kimberlin HIghts Rd, Knoxville, TN. Geraldine has very serious medical conditions. She is 83 years old, It’s all on her appication. Her Doctor filled out an appication for her mail to be brought up her drive way to a mail box close to her house. A neighbor has been bringing her mail to her and he no longer wants to do that. I took the appication to South Knoxville Post Office and never heard anything from them and I even went back 2 months later and talk to a lady and still haven’t heard anything. That’s been 4 months ago since the appication has been turned in at the South Knoxville Post Office. Would you help my sister with this and see what the hold-up is. She is very hard of hearing, and doesn’t have a computer either, so she wanted me to contact you.
