I am in need of information about the address for a new Accessory Dwelling Unit being built on my current property at 515 Elm Street. I will be moving to the smaller house and wonder what address it will have. Also, can I have my mail delivered to the actual new house? I am 81 years old and this would be a great service. Thank you.

I have just left the Keene, NH Post Office after being denied my scheduled passport renewal appointment. I was told I was 15 minutes late, when in fact I arrived 5 minutes late and then waited in line for 10 minutes.
In addition, I was also turned away the day before despite arriving 15 minutes early, and was told no one was available to take my application. I never received a call or notification indicating that my appointment had been canceled.
Had the employee who assisted me shown a bit of courtesy and flexibility, she could have asked whether my application was complete and whether I had the required identification—which I did. She would have realized that my application could have been processed before the next appointment, as that individual was still completing their paperwork.
A small amount of courtesy and consideration can go a long way. Thank you.
