Nobody picks up the phone – called repeatedly (8 times) for last 45 minutes, rings until constant busy signal at minute 3:26 . On hold with main USPS for 25 min. Stopped by in AM but it never opens on time, too cold to stand with huddled masses. You guys “attempted” a delivery – no you didn’t – and now have lost it since Sat? YOU ARE 3 BLOCKS FROM MY HOUSE!. Laughable and sad. Yet another OIG report needed to get mail delivered- unreal
