I have been trying to pick up a package since Jan 19th 2021. My package was not left in my mailbox but said my package could be pick up at the Heritage Post Office. Every time I go to the post office there is a 2hr wait because there is only one person at the window. I’m not willing to wait 2 hours in line for someone to tell me my package is not even there. I also called and nobody picks up the phone line. There has toa better way to find out what happened to my package. I have the tracking number but was good is it when there is No customer service to help. Im totally frustrated.
I mailed a christmas package to my sister. It is missing!
It has tracking but it does not matter your delivery person stole it. How do I know this because it is not the 1st time I mailed something through your office that has come up missing. I will be contacting the postmaster general in Washington DC about you. You can be assured I will not be using the post office again!
