So much for having to be intelligent to work for the postal service…my local post office cant even figure out the parcel box in community mailboxes. They gave the wrong key and when I called to tell them, instead of just switching out with the CORRECT key, they take my pkg to the post office, making ME go pick it up. So beyond annoying – just because a new carrier (obvious by other customer complaints) doesnt have a clue what their doing. TWENTY YEARS at same address and I’m inconvenienced instead of training someone to DO IT RIGHT!
