I have been calling the phone number for an hour with only getting a busy signal! I need to speak with a supervisor / manager concerning a certified mail envelope that has been delivered to the. Wrong address! I have had multiple issues getting the mail delivered to this address! I sent a envelope that took 4 weeks and 3 days before it ever got delivered. So now sending certified mail thinking things would be handled better by the carrier but apparently not! Can someone please give me a call back to see how I need to be handling this!
