I was told by Humana, I would have my spending card with $$$ on it by YESTERDAY!!! Seriously…. do I need to obtain a lawyer to get my important mail like this? You’re lucky I’m getting my other important mail or I’d be on a lawyers doorstep right now. I have waited and waited for this card that I deeply need for i live on a fixed income. But, I know how to obtain a probono lawyer because I have sued a big hospital and won. So, I need my important mail, nowhere but MY mailbox right NOW! Humana swears it should have got to me YESTERDAY.
