    My wife and I came in on Monday March 28th for a noon time passport appointment for our children. We took time out of our busy work schedules and pulled our kids out of school for this. When we arrived we were rudely informed by the young man working the postal counter that the 150 Benton Rd branch no longer provides passport services. That being the case I asked why the website still took appointments. He indicated that he calls everyone on the appointment list the morning of and suggested that he called us. We told him we didn’t receive a call. Rather than looking into the issue, he didn’t even bother to ask us our name (he simply repeated that he called everyone on the list). We had made this appointment 2 to 3 weeks prior and lost valuable time for a trip we plan to schedule this summer. I not only am writing to file a complaint of the on-line passport submittal system but also the terrible customer service received from the postal worker.
