What is going on with USPS? I went on-line (as usual) and ordered over $40.00 worth of Forever Stamps on Jan. 20, 2024. I was advised they were “in stock” and would “ship in 2-3 days”. Here it is, now February 6th, and when I look up the tracking number, it keeps saying it has been in “Roanoke” for over a week.
I finally contacted my Discover Card to initiate a complaint, as the on-line site for USPS simply takes a person round in circles, and I get no satisfaction at all.
Just letting you know that Discover might be contacting you. It’s obvious to me that my stamp order has been either lost, damaged or stolen. I’m taking the only recourse that I know to do. I will try to get my stamps elsewhere, as your own post office rarely has what I need in stock, and what is being offered now is really downright “ugly” and “un-appealing”. I will send this message to you, because there is nothing else I can do. My cousin, from Maryland mailed me a long snail letter and it took a full five weeks to get to our personal PO Box. What is going on? I mean, postage costs have continued to escalate, while service is going downhill.
