I must find what has happen to 2 Certified letters (receipts requested) that have disappeared at this Augusta, Ga USPS location. Both mail pieces are addressed to SCANA Energy, Aiken, SC.
Tracking efforts by me and USPS personnel in Marietta, Ga have shown both letters to have evaporated at this Augusta Post Office.
The envelopes contain very important matters and it is a disservice by the USPS to lose these Certified items.
I demand to know the whereabouts of these two important Certified mail pieces.
