    I reached out to the P.O. to gather information on the process of returning a medical device using a prepaid label that is printed with the address of the company that had originally sent the device to the customer (and the company subsequently claims they never received back from the customer). Although I had called later in the day, and on a Friday afternoon, surely a busier time than usual, I was able to speak with Joe, the postmaster, who listened patiently as I explained the issue and then graciously provided me with the information I needed.
    Five stars (out of 5!) to Postmaster Joe and the branch he runs for excellent customer service that is the antithesis of the sullen, resentful postal clerk portrayed on TV and in videos everywhere — doing Joe, and postal workers like him, a genuine disservice. Thanks, Joe, for your kindness and the helpful information you provided!
