How come on Dana’s day off, no one delivers mail at all on Buena Vista? This happens every week, usually on Wednesdays, and often on Saturdays no one shows up at all. When Ty substitutes on the route we always get our mail (because he did a great job when he had our route) and the same for Eric when he had our route and was also reliable, but just forget about all the other useless substitutes. Sometimes the truck pulls up, the sub driver sits there, and then drives away. Why don’t you ever do anything about this? Dana has to work so hard and it isn’t fair she is overloaded with mail the next day she’s on because most of the subs skip this street entirely, probably with the lame excuse “it’s just a dead end, no one cares,” or “I don’t want to walk on a hill,” or whatever lazy reason subs have. (It wasn’t fair to Ty or Eric either when they had this street and had to “make up” their day off with an extra big load because the sub never bothered to show up.) We know for sure no truck comes and no one at all on this street gets mail on the sub days, it isn’t just our house not having any mail for that day. During Dana’s vacation week before last Buena Vista went THREE DAYS IN A ROW with no mail delivery (Friday, Saturday and Monday). I will have to report this to the Postmaster General because we’ve been complaining about it for years and nothing is done.
