today when i received my mail, there was an envelope with no stamps and no return address in my mailbox. i live at the grammecy in san mateo. the only person that has the keys to all the mailboxes is the mailman. i spoke with the building manager and she said she doesn’t have any keys. inside the envelope was a receipt from the plumbing company i hired and they have no idea of how it got there. so that leaves the mailman. why would he put that in my box? i have lived here for 3 years now and he’s made many mistakes with people’s mail. i get other peoples mail and have had people bring my mail that was delivered in their mailbox. i would like a response.
