I had sent a pickup request to the CL Post Office on Nov. 27 for a package to be picked up on Nov. 29. I received confirmation on Nov. 29, 4:35 pm that package was picked up. It never made it to the post office. My only conclusion is that the mailman kept the package. The box was shipped in the same box it was bought it, which showed what the item was, a heated jacket. It had lithium batteries so there was a special label on the box. At the appropriate time I will be filing a claim, but I will only be getting back the insured item price of $127.50. I will not be getting back the postage which was $16.73. I think there should be an internal investigation, especially with the person who had my route that day. I would appreciate a response.
