We are a business that makes over 10m in just amazon orders. We ship with major couriers including USPS. However, we have extremely hard time getting the mail carriers to take the packages. We haven’t had a stable mailman/woman in about a little over 2 years. We keep getting CCA’s that do not care for anything and lack to deliver our here and there. We are trying to run a business and apparently USPS does not want our business. We have about 120 over boxes every single day and it is almost always a hassle having them take the mail. Typically we have one of our workers here help the mail carrier to put the packages in the truck but we sometimes get this women with long red tip braided hair CCA that comes in drops of the mail doesn’t take anything with and sits in her car while our worker puts the stuff in the car. I mean seriously we disgusting having to deal with this women with such terrible attitude. Yesterday, 11/15/21 This other CCA came in said I’m not taking anything because I have to pick up my daughter and I’m the finishing my route. Now we must have our shipment leave every single day as amazon penalize us and we could lose our account with this platform. I was given by the CCA her supervisors name which she said is Marco, how true this is who knows. But I will be posting this everywhere until this get resolve because this is ridiculous. Hopefully this reaches the Postmaster ears and they can Straighten this horrible situation that is happening. This is Randall Manufacturing in Sylvan Avenue Newark NJ.
